1. What form of payments may I use?A: We accept Personal checks (Funds must cleared before shipping), Money Orders, Cashier Checks or to expedite the process we also accept Bank Wire transfers. We also accept Paypal for “deposit purposes only” using the email address info@Puppygalaxy.com. The remaining balance must be paid with any other method listed above. 2. Will my puppy be AKC registered?A: No. Puppygalaxy.com does not register the puppies with the AKC because this conflicts with our compromise of breeding puppies as "pet quality" which means that even though you will be getting a top of the line pet which will meet all AKC standards, we refuse to charge extremely high prices which will make the adoption process limited only to people with high income, and this will also help stop irresponsible breeding to those who adopt animals to make quick money and do not understand the risks and responsibilities involved in the process.
3. Does the price include shipping?A: No. Generally shipping is not included; unless we have a special promotion, shipping has a flat rate of US $250.00 anywhere in the States and this includes the travel crate.
4.How long do I have to wait to receive my puppy?A: After payment is received and funds cleared, we will begin the shipping process which includes giving your puppy one last check up by the veterinarian to make sure it is healthy and to fill out the required forms and certificates. Process will take about 3-6 business days.
5. Can you give me any references?A: Yes, we will provide you with references upon request.
6. Do you offer any type of guarantee?A: Yes, we offer a Health Certificate. Please take a look at our "Contract" page for more information.
7. Is the shipping of the puppies safe?A: Absolutely, we only ship our puppies with pet friendly airlines that have many years of experience and are equipped with temperature and pressure compartments. If we are not 100% comfortable that the puppy will have a safe flight, we will occasionally fly the puppy in the main cabin (This is done due to weather complications that may put the puppy under stress and discomfort).
